Loom does not use artificial intelligence in any form within our platform. This covers, but is not limited to:
c.report are reviewed manually by a real member of the Loom team. No automated AI system filters, scores, or acts on reports.We believe that the communities built on Loom deserve genuine human oversight and accountability. Automated AI systems, however advanced, introduce opacity into decisions that directly affect real people including who gets banned, what content is flagged, and how users are treated.
Loom was built around the idea that real connections matter. That principle extends to how we run the platform: real humans, real decisions, real accountability.
Your data messages, profiles, call metadata, or any other information collected by Loom is never used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model. We do not share your data with AI companies or AI research projects for any purpose.
While Loom itself uses no AI, some third-party services we integrate with may independently use AI in their own products. This includes platforms like Top.gg and Flick. We encourage you to review their respective privacy and AI policies.
Loom does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any AI practices of third-party platforms. Our AI Policy applies only to systems directly operated by the Loom team.
If Loom ever reconsiders this position and chooses to integrate AI features in the future, we will:
